Does AI rewrite the report?+
No. The message uses the exact answers employees typed, grouped by department and by the forms HR attached to that summary.
Do employees install another app?+
No. They receive a link on Telegram, Viber, or Zalo and fill the forms they were assigned in the phone browser.
Who receives a summary?+
The company chooses recipients in Summary reports. One person can receive one or several summaries. Recipients need Telegram, Viber, or Zalo connected. HR and Admin see the same reports on the web.
Which channels are supported?+
Telegram, Viber, and Zalo. A company can enable one or more channels; each employee can link the channel that works for them.
Do companies share data?+
No. Accounts, employees, forms, bots, and reports stay separate for each company.
How do international customers pay?+
Prices are monthly in USD: 10 employees is $19, 20 is $39, and 100 is $129. Above 100, email or call for a quote. Create an invoice in the app, then email the invoice code to namtrhg@gmail.com or call +84 918 628 660. We reply with payment instructions. 3 months is 10% off, 12 months is 20% off. Vietnamese companies can still pay by local bank transfer.
